A car is stolen every forteen minutes in Québec! In 2006, 38,800 vehicles stolen represented a bill from approximatively $300 million for insurance companies and, consequently, for all of their policyholders. In fact, automobile theft accounts for about 10% of the cost of automobile insurance premiums.
