A car is stolen every twenty minutes in Québec! In 2010, 24,410 vehicles stolen represented a bill from approximatively $184 million for insurance companies and, consequently, for all of their policyholders. In fact, automobile theft accounts for about 10% of the cost of automobile insurance premiums.
