INTERVENTION WITH THE INSURER

As an intermediary between consumers and insurers, the Insurance Information Centre helps, free of charge, individuals who have an insurance problem.

Thus, for certain types of requests, the Centre's agent will intervene with the insurer to obtain additional information to better understand the problem, to verify certain facts or practices and, if necessary, to have the insurer review his position.

No matter what the problem, the Insurance Information Centre will assist the consumer in finding a solution that is acceptable to both parties.
